I am thankful for my slow cooker. It isn’t a “real” Crockpot, but it allows me to make lots of interesting, tasty, and easy meals. I am making slow cooker cranberry sauce for Thanksgiving. It’s a fantastic and super easy addition to the holiday meal. I’ve always been big on cranberry sauce. I love it! I am very much looking forward to the Longest Short Week 2009 and the coming 4-day weekend that celebrates this month of Thanksgiving.
